Drainage, Services & Water Supply

Site infrastructure provision requires a range of inputs such as state of the art
drainage involving flood risk assessments and flood defences and SuDs, pumping
stations, negotiations with suppliers and planning authorities, service diversions
and the specification of sewage and water treatment works.
The illustration is of a mixed use development of industrial and
residential, partly built within the Thames flood plain.
